What SWMS Pack is

SWMS Pack generates work health and safety documentation (Safe Work Method Statements, SWMS packs, toolbox talks) for Australian trade contractors and builders, using AI generation with automated verification. You receive finished documents customised from the information you provide.

What SWMS Pack is not

SWMS Pack is not a law firm, insurance provider, or safety consultancy, and our documents are not legal advice. No document by itself makes a PCBU compliant with WHS or OHS law; compliance depends on what happens on your site. You must review each SWMS with the workers carrying out the work, adapt it to actual site conditions before work begins, and revise it whenever the work, hazards, or controls change. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for how documents are used. We do not guarantee acceptance of any document by a builder, principal contractor, or regulator.

Purchases, revisions, refunds

Purchases are one-time payments in Australian dollars processed by Stripe. If your builder or principal contractor requests changes to a delivered document, we will revise it free of charge within 24 hours of your request. If we cannot deliver a usable document for your job, contact support@swmspack.com within 14 days for a full refund. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWMS Pack's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the document at issue. We are not liable for penalties, incidents, or losses arising from the use of generated documents.
